The Department of Mercantile and Labour Law is responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, supervision, research, and community engagement in the fields of Mercantile Law (Corporate Law, Fintech Law and Regulation, Competition Law, International Trade and Investment Law, Tax Law) as well as Labour Law. The successful candidate for the vacant position will be required to teach Corporate Law and possibly aspects of Fintech Law and Regulation.
