Job summary

IQVIA is expanding its Lifecycle Safety Medical team to cover sponsor-dedicated responsibilities across multiple global sites. The Associate Medical Safety Director will oversee pharmacovigilance activities, evaluate safety signals, and contribute to regulatory submissions and safety documentation to ensure patient safety during development and post-marketing, with flexibility to work across regions.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited and internationally recognized medical school.
• Experience in signal detection, aggregate reports, and risk management.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and communicate complex clinical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide aggregate reviews of safety information to oversee product safety profile.
• Lead signal detection activities and contribute to safety analysis reports.
• Contribute to regulatory reports (IND Annual Reports, EU PSURs, US PBRERs) and safety governance.
• Support safety labeling discussions and contribute to the Integrated Safety Summary.
