Overview
Business Transformation Consultant – Business Process Automation, focused on advising clients in the Financial Services industry. Re-engineers processes, leverages GenAI, process mining, automation, robotics, and BPM tools, and guides clients toward a defined future business vision.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on products, solutions, and strategies to solve complex challenges in the Financial Services industry.
- Reengineer business processes to align with organizational strategy and industry best practices.
- Support the creation of an organization's Business Vision and Blueprint, focusing on operational optimization.
- Define and outline a strategic roadmap for clients to achieve their future-state business model.
- Assist clients with solution selection, design, and implementation, including shared services and outsourcing solutions.
- Drive profitability improvements through cost management, reduced working capital, and increased asset utilization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, directions, and marketplace players to bring relevant insights to clients.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including current trends and challenges.
- Apply hands-on experience with GenAI, Automation, Robotics, BPM, Process Mining, Decision Engines, and related tools.
- Show a proven track record in business transformation and process reengineering.
- Design and implement shared services and outsourcing solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving, advisory, and communication skills.
- Start Date: 01 October 2025; End Date: 31 October 2025; Duration: 1 Month (Contract).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, or a related field.
- APMP certification or formal training in proposal/bid management.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in proposal management or tender coordination, preferably within a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment.
- Background in project management and administrative consulting, with a clear understanding of consulting sales cycles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and formatting skills—able to craft persuasive content tailored to client needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with proposal automation or CRM tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, Salesforce).
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a consulting technology firm, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
