Job Summary
Associate Human Resource Business Partner located in Siloam Springs, AR. Full time. Responsible for resolving all Human Resources matters while supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Partners with employees and managers to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in creating and delivering high impact HR processes including employee relations, staffing, onboarding, performance management, benefits enrollment, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead engagement and retention activities (performance management, succession planning, training, change management, engagement survey actions, exit interviews, root cause analysis).
- Facilitate Talent Review and New Leader Assimilations.
- Support HR programs and services that enable business growth and performance.
- Provide counsel to supervisors and managers by proactively identifying issues and opportunities and taking action.
- Collaborate for employee events, engagement activities, team culture enhancements, and communications.
- Lead partnership with internal audit ensuring compliance with HR internal controls.
- Lead onboarding process including orientation and New Leader Assimilations.
- Support employees regarding HR issues including benefits, policy and procedure questions, and employee relations.
- Work closely with Center of Excellence to facilitate role creation or modifications, coordinate employee changes, organizational changes, and coordinate movement of transfers within Workday.
- Act as liaison between employees, Absence Partners, and Vendor regarding FMLA, Disability and ensure managers are up to date on employee status.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience including 1-3 years of supervisory leadership, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems.
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage heavy workload.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Travel required: Up to 5%.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Certified SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
