Job summary

Candidates should have life sciences or healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in teams within a global advisory framework.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's degree in life sciences, economics or business with healthcare experience.
• PhD or MBA/related fields plus commercial healthcare experience is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in life sciences or consultancy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research and analyze data to identify client issues.
• Translate data into insights and present recommendations to decision-makers.
• Develop reports, workshops and client presentations with senior guidance.
• Contribute to learning, development and recruitment activities.
• Support proposal development and client meetings with senior support.
