• Deliver on-site improvement projects with leading clients.
• Analyse and map process, identify improvement opportunities, support clients in designing and implementing solutions.
• Manage and train junior resources collecting and analysing data.
• Drive full operational excellence transformations within clients.
• Travel across South Africa and SADC for client work.

Who You Are

• A qualified graduate (STEM, engineering, or business fields welcome) with OVER 5 YEARS experience in operational excellence.
• Analytical, curious, and eager to solve problems.
• Flexible and resilient, with the ability to thrive in client-facing roles.
• Pertient in Value Stream Mapping, problem solving, practical implementation of solutions, change management.
• A team player with empathy and strong communication skills.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and comfortable working in a role where salary is directly linked to value-add work done.
• Happy to travel and work on-site with clients.
