The Associate Change Control Analyst is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for working under the guidance of more experienced colleagues and assists with the coordination and governance of requests for simple changes, thereby ensuring the continuous availability of IT services. The Associate Change Control Analyst helps to ensure that all changes introduced in the live production environments of clients happen in a controlled and coordinated manner, ensuring minimal disruption of services. This role follows standardized methods and procedures for efficient handling of all changes.
