Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and preparation of tables for service onboard a cruise ship
• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests
• Ensure tables are properly cleared and reset for the next guests
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to any guest requests or concerns
• Work closely with the wait staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Head Waiter or Restaurant Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
