Assistant Store Supervisor Killarney Gardens

CTC: R12,000 R14,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

Our operation manages the full flow of materials from receiving raw products from suppliers, to supplying production lines, storing finished goods, and fulfilling customer deliveries locally and internationally.

As the Assistant Store Supervisor, you\'ll play a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality across all warehouse functions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control systems.
  • Hyster or Reach Truck License (Advantageous)
  • Strong Computer Skills, MS-Office ( Excel, Word) & Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with picking, packing, and quality checks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Receive, check, and organize incoming stock and materials.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support inventory control.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Support logistics coordination for local deliveries, collections, and international shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
