Job summary

A leading retail company is seeking an Assistant Manager in Durban to relieve the Store Manager in their absence and assist in maintaining company standards. The ideal candidate should have a Matric certificate or equivalent, previous managerial experience, and strong leadership skills. This role involves ensuring compliance with company procedures, managing staff, and driving sales initiatives to achieve store targets.

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level 4.
  • Previous experience managing people.
  • Previous experience managing a department.
  • Previous clothing retail experience would be highly advantageous.
