KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Motivate, coach, and lead the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets and KPIs.
  • Evaluate performance and manage Personal Review Plans (PRPs) for team members.
  • File weekly performance reports and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Set sales goals, schedules, and overtime rosters (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
  • Handle disciplinary matters fairly and effectively.
  • Uphold and promote company values, culture, and vision within the team.
  • Respond to client feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism and urgency.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a sales environment, ideally within insurance, brokerage, or underwriting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence others positively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptable, disciplined, persistent, and accountable.
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration or related field advantageous.
  • RE compliant preferred.
