A leading resort company in South Africa is seeking a talented individual to oversee restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service for guests. The ideal candidate will lead a team of up to 30 employees, manage daily operations, and focus on providing a memorable experience. This role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Seasonal contract with accommodations and meals offered onsite.
