You will
  • Lead and supervise a team of10to30employees, ensuring their motivation and cohesion
  • Assist the RestaurantManager in organizing and managing restaurant operations (serving600to1,000guests per service)
  • Oversee service quality, hospitality and setup to guarantee a flawless guest experience
  • Support your teams in their professional growth while uniting them around common goals
  • Maximize additional sales opportunities and optimize the economic performance of your area
  • Manage stock levels and orders (products, supplies, linen) while ensuring efficient resource management
  • Ensure compliance with ClubMedstandards as well as hygiene, health and safety regulations and legal obligations
  • Collaborate effectively with Bar, Kitchen and Food&Beverage departments to maintain smooth coordination
