A financial services company in Cape Town seeks an Assistant Regional Administration Manager. The role involves providing exceptional client service and supporting the management and sales teams. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally with HNW clients, and strong organizational skills. A market competitive salary plus monthly bonuses are offered.
Assistant Regional Administration Manager (ARAM) role serves to provide ad hoc support to the Regional Administration Manager as well as maintain the office as needed. This individual must have strong interpersonal, client service and communication skills.
The individual will provide first‑class service to all Warwick's clients, both walk‑in and telephone, and as such become the professional face and voice of the Regional office in Cape Town. The ARAM must have the ability to multi‑task, possess strong organisational and technical skills, and rise to any given task, thus providing support to the RAM as well as the Sales Team in meeting monthly deadline targets. The ARAM must be reliable, be resistant to stress, have excellent written and verbal skills and create a great impression as the first point of contact with our clients.
To be considered as a successful candidate for the ARAM role applicants will require the following: at least 2 years or more experience in the Financial Service Industry with emphasis and exposure to investments, experience in a sales team environment as well as HNW client interaction; a fair understanding of Trust and Estate procedures is advantageous; valid driver's licence and own reliable mode of transport; bilingual.
