Qualifications

• 4 years of leadership & managerial experience.
• 5 years of BPO experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a BPO environment.
• Client-facing experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in driving team performance and achieving client KPIs.
• Monitor daily metrics and analyze performance trends for improvement.
• Partner with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts to coach agents.
• Communicate directly with clients and resolve minor issues.
• Help enforce new processes and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with support departments to ensure operational readiness.
• Foster a positive, people-first culture through recognition and feedback.
