• Monitor and operate the machine continuously.
• Ensure machine is cleaned and set at correct speed.
• Report breakdowns to maintenance personnel.

Assistant Operator

• Perform pre-start up inspection of the machine.
• Continuous monitor and operate the machine.
• Ensure that the machine is always clean.
• Ensure machine is set at correct speed.
• Ensure machine downtimes are recorded.
• Immediately write a job card and report breakdowns to relevant maintenance personnel.
• Ensure that all safety devices are in good working condition.
• Perform shut down of the machine at the end of the shift.
• Autonomous maintenance of the machine
• Ensure that quality checks are done.
