Role: Assistant Operations Manager

Based in the Boland region, the assistant operations manager will drive sales and inspire exceptional front‑line customer service aligned with the company's core values of excellence, sustainability, relevance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Establish an immediate rapport with potential customers.
  • Administer customer accounts.
  • Deliver excellent front‑line customer service.
  • Work with all store‑based staff as a team.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Post‑matric qualification – degree, diploma or related certificate(s) (NQF7).
  • Sales oriented with a successful track record of “closing deals”.
  • Performed administrative tasks with careful attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (telephonically, in‑person, hand‑written or electronically).
  • IT literate – competent user of email, the internet, MS Office and point‑of‑sales system(s).
  • Your own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
  • Prepared to work 45 hours per week over a 5.5‑day week.
  • Live in close proximity to the areas advertised.
Package & Remuneration
  • Market‑related salary between R… plus incentive‑based commission will be offered.
  • Note: This is a primarily sales‑related position – not in the logistics or bulk‑warehousing industry.
