A dairy production company is seeking a candidate to provide a service to production by testing and checking products to ensure specifications are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a Matric with Maths and Sciences and competence built through 1-2 years of relevant training. Knowledge of food safety and quality control is essential.
Main purpose of the job :
To provide a service to production by testing and checking products to ensure that specifications are met consistently.
Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, Basic Food Technology Practices, Specific Quality Controls (product specification and process specification and knowledge), Mathematics, Good Laboratory methods
