Job summary

A dairy production company is seeking a candidate to provide a service to production by testing and checking products to ensure specifications are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a Matric with Maths and Sciences and competence built through 1-2 years of relevant training. Knowledge of food safety and quality control is essential.

Qualifications

  • Full competence typically developed over a period of 1-2 years with relevant induction and in-house training.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, Basic Food Technology Practices, Specific Quality Controls.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a service to production by testing and checking products to ensure specifications are met consistently.

Skills

Ability to collect samples and test and interpret results
Ability to carry out aseptic sampling techniques
