Assistant Key Account Manager and Admin Support


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager (KAM) & Admin Support to assist in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.


This is an entry-level role suitable for someone eager to grow within account management while supporting operational and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist senior KAM's in managing key client accounts, ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

  • Prepare client reports, meeting notes, proposals, and presentations.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, price lists, agreements, and internal databases.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, field staff, and support) to ensure client deliverables are met.

  • Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation, setup, and initial communication.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.

  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and updating internal systems.

  • Monitor stock or service levels (where relevant), flag discrepancies, and support problem-solving.

  • Contribute to improving internal processes and ensuring consistent service delivery.


Requirements


  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Comfortable working with Excel, CRM systems, and other business software.

  • Must at least be able to do Vlookups, Xlookups, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under supervision.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
