Our commercial client is looking for an Accounts Team Leader / Assistant to the Financial Manager with 5 years of solid experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Debtors, Creditors and Reconciliations.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance / Bookkeeping
  • 5 years experience in Debtors & Creditors – overseeing a team

  • Working knowledge of Pastel Partner and Sage Evolution

  • Understanding and experience with Trial Balance
  • Oversee 2 staff in Debtors & Creditors
  • Oversee debtors and creditors processes and function
  • Analysing age debtors and creditors
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Assisting in VAT calculation and VAT reviews
  • Attending to client queries related to accounts
  • Knowledge in Sage Partner or Sage Evolution
  • Excel spreadsheet awareness and understanding of report running
