Requirements :
  • An appropriate 3-year National diploma/b-degree (equivalent or higher qualification); a minimum of 1 year asset management and administrative experience. Competencies: knowledge of the following: PFMA; Supply Chain Management; procurement prescripts; LOGIS system; skills needed: proven computer literacy in MS office package (word, excel, PowerPoint); communication (written and verbal); excellent report writing, problem solving; analytical; organizing and planning; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties :
  • Conduct the asset register maintenance safeguarding of assets and assets verification; execute administration and governance on the disposal of assets. Render a secretariat service; perform human resources management; provide implementation of the asset management framework, assets recon.
