Overview

As a key member of our admissions team, you'll execute strategic recruitment, selection, and enrollment initiatives that attract the brightest minds to our prestigious university.

Working under senior leadership guidance, you'll help build diverse, talented cohorts while supporting our annual recruitment priorities and institutional goals.

Position Number : S

This position is a Grade : 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46, - $56, and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a domestic recruitment territory by cultivating relationships with prospective students, high school counselors, alumni, and community-based organizations.
  • Plan and execute up to 8 weeks of domestic travel, including daily high school visits and arranging off‑campus interviews.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment data to inform strategy.
  • Holistically read and evaluate first‑year and transfer applications based on institutional goals and values.
  • Interpret a variety of domestic and international grading systems and school profiles.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reading goals during the five‑month application review cycle.
  • Deliver public presentations (information sessions) to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct on‑campus interviews and participate in daily campus visitor programming.
  • Support and staff major recruitment events, including open houses and admitted student days.
  • Lead and implement assigned office projects related to marketing, technology, campus visitation, alumni engagement, and specialized admissions programs.
  • Provide flexible support across various departmental initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three to five years related work experience
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with diverse constituencies
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.
