Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage staff complement for energy section.
• Register electrical prepaid meters and update consumer data.
• Investigate consumer purchase patterns and anomalies.
• Prevent unauthorised electricity use and tampering.
• Prepare bulk consumer accounts for town treasurer.
• Manage and supervise contracted vendors.
• Respond to complaints professionally.
• Oversee capital budget for related projects.
• Submit monthly reports on sales and purchases.
