Clover is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to supports the Brand Manager by coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analysing performance metrics, and managing budgets for brand growth and consistency.
Requirements
- BCom Honours in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
- We looking for an individual that is bold and ready to take on a massive brand, being organized and timely will be very key.
- Business English (Fluent)
- Computer Literacy (Intermediate)

Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support in developing and executing brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Assist in positioning the brand to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Marketing Campaigns
- Help plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, ATL, BTL).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and reports.
- Manage timelines and liaise with agencies, designers, and suppliers to deliver quality marketing material.
Product Management
- Assist in new product development, packaging design, and innovation projects.
- Work closely with R&D, procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely launches.
- Monitor product performance and pricing in the market.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research and track consumer trends.
- Gather and analyse feedback to support decision-making.
- Provide insights to improve brand positioning and engagement.
Sales & Trade Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade promotions and in-store activations.
- Support key account management with product information, sales material, and promotional ideas.
- Track competitor activity at retail level.
Brand Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs such as market share, sales performance, brand awareness, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the business.
- Track advertising and promotional spend vs. budget.
Administrative & Project Support
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
- Organise brand events, launches, and sponsorships.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all platforms.
