Job summary

A prestigious wine farm in Stellenbosch is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their passionate team. Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to : Manage daily cashbook entries and perform cash-up reconciliations Process journal entries and support general ledger maintenance Handle full debtors function, including invoicing, account reconciliations, and follow-ups on outstanding payments Perform end-to-end creditors processing : capture invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare payment batches Oversee stock control activities, including invoice processing and coordinating monthly stocktakes Administer petty cash, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliations Coordinate ordering and distribution of centrally required goods and supplies Provide general administrative and office support as needed Skills & Experience : SAIPA / SAICA qualification Minimum 2- 3 years' experience after qualification Qualification : Relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles will also be considered CIMA qualification is highly beneficial Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
