Standard Bank Group invites graduates with disABILITIES to apply for the Young Talent Tsholofelo Programme in Johannesburg. This fixed-term 18-month learnership offers exposure to banking, insurance, customer experience, risk management, fraud detection and sales.

Participants gain accredited qualifications and valuable workplace experience within a leading African bank. The programme starts 15 November 2026 and ends 30 April 2028, with a monthly stipend of R10 000 and medical aid.

Qualifications

• South African citizen
• Person with a disABILITY
• Completed Diploma, Degree, or equivalent NQF qualification
• Currently unemployed and available to participate in a full-time learnership
• Not registered on any other learnership
• Not studying full/part-time studies that may conflict with work hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop within the financial services sector
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
