You will curate seasons, oversee casting, directing, and design, manage budgets, mentor artists, and collaborate with stakeholders to elevate the institution's artistic excellence and community impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in artistic direction, programming, or related leadership roles in performing arts.
• Strong knowledge of theatre, dance, music and other performing arts forms.
• Proven track record curating critically acclaimed and audience-engaging programs.
• Excellent leadership, management and communication skills.
