Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in art direction or senior design.
Strong portfolio with visual design, typography, and concept development.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the visual style and creative direction for all projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and stakeholders to develop innovative creative concepts.
Oversee the production of visual assets, ensuring high standards of quality and execution.
