We're hiring an Art Director to join our South Africa creative team at TLC Worldwide.

About the role

You will manage a fully integrated communications portfolio, full of big ideas, both in terms of promotional mechanics, campaign positioning's and executions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the wider South Africa team to help create creative, innovative big concepts which help to land big business
• Create 'door openers' / ads to grab client's attention and drive new business enquiries
• Be energised about presenting your concepts to clients (as part of a team)
• Work fast and prolifically
• Accept creative direction with a smile

Qualifications

• Award winning creative ideas
• Proven experience in presenting and successfully selling in creative concepts
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to art direct designers / illustrators and editors
• Experience in an agency-based creative department
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere and After Effects
• Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
