Bidvest Protea Coin seeks an experienced Armed Reaction Operations Coordinator to manage and improve the delivery of the armed reaction service across BTS security. You will monitor alarms, maintain responder data, and drive corrective actions to meet SLAs and KPIs.

The role covers site data accuracy, onboarding responders, and executing audits with detailed reporting to leadership. A hands-on administrator with strong Excel and Google Earth skills is preferred.

Competenze

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• PSIRA registration - Grade A.
• RSA Citizenship.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in armed reaction operations administration.
• Experience with telecom site BTS security.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing vendors.

Mansioni

• Coordinate, administer and manage the armed reaction service across BTS security.
• Review alarm activations and responder responses daily, verify response times against SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain and validate the daily Armed Reaction sheet, ensuring corrections are completed.
• Investigate response failures and coordinate follow-ups with control room and responders.
• Perform weekly Master Site List audits and manage client change requests for site allocations.
• Map sites, responder bases and travel routes in Google Earth to assess coverage.
• Onboard new armed reaction responders and provide training for tools/applications.
• Conduct audits (daily/ monthly/ quarterly) and report findings with corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial & compliance reporting.
