What we’re looking for:

Manager area sales objectives, drafts and executes area sales plans, manage 3rd party distributors (IDP). Lead and manage a team of sales reps and sales supervisors. Manage key customer relationship, Manage NR, Manager promotion and marketing initiatives.

  • Manage Agents Numeric Distribution

  • Manage Expiring and Expired Stock and Damages
  • Manage Logistics / Deliveries / Scheduling / Confirmation
  • Manage OOS Internal and External
  • Manage Sub - Agents Promotion / Stock / Pricing / Deliveries
  • Manage promotional assets & equipment
  • Manage internal/ key account/ 3rd party/ agents performance
  • Manage regional promotional grids & logistics
  • Controll working capital items e.g. debtors day & product returns
  • Approve functional plan Promotions and Funds
  • Manage performance of own team Brand Ambassadors

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role:

  • +5 Years Sales and Operations Management in FMCG
  • +5 Years Key Accounting in FMCG
  • Knowledge and Experience of the Industry, this includes customer knowledge based on Top end right through to Bottom end.
  • Consumer Knowledge and behavior patterns
  • Market data and planning experience
  • Strong Mathematical Skils (ROI Experience)
  • Negotiation Skills
