Responsibilities
  • Establish the sales team including forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that the sales department is aligned with other business units (e.g. Operations, Production and Finance)
  • Optimizing sales processes in close cooperation with international management team
  • Contact person for key accounts and support in negotiations and, if necessary, acquisition of strategic key accounts
  • Continuous market observation for the development of new market potentials
  • Comprehensive sales controlling and monitoring of forecasts, revenues and other KPIs
  • Participation in trade fairs, conferences and events
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed business studies - ideally with a focus on sales or industry focus.
  • Alternatively, a degree in industrial engineering
  • Several years of experience as a sales manager or account manager
  • Very good industry and product knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Team player with positive charisma
  • Affinity for communication, both internal and external
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Active network in the potential clientele
