A leading hospitality organization is seeking a candidate to provide leadership and support for several stores in the Overberg region of South Africa. This role involves strategic decision-making, HR management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be prepared for frequent travel throughout the region, ensuring smooth operations and high morale within the team.
The role covers several stores in the Overberg region. The position requires frequent travel between locations, so the individual must be comfortable being on the road and have a setup that supports this lifestyle. Ideally, the person would live near Hermanus or Caledon, or close to one of the stores, though this isnt essential. Relocation may be considered for an outstanding candidate, and applicants based in Cape Town who are willing to travel will also be considered.
There will be considerable travel involved and you will need to be prepared to spend several days a month on the road doing store visits and meetings.
