Do you have at least three years of experience in an Area Manager role in the cleaning industry? An established company based in Germiston is looking for a reliable individual to manage multiple client sites and ensure service levels are met.

This role requires someone who thrives under pressure and manages time, people and cleaning resources well.

Requirements:

  • Matric, and tertiary qualification beneficial
  • Clear Criminal and ITC record
  • Valid SA Driver’s License
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
  • Computer literate on MS Office, with intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
  • Professional demeanour with emphasis on client service delivery
  • Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations
  • Effective cost management through optimised chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance.
