CRESCENT STAR PTY LTD -A private-held investment entity based in Durban North is seeking an Architect with experience to provide development & advisory support (on-site position).

You will be responsible for reviewing, planning or creating architectural designs that match industry standards and advise our company on potential upgrades, improvements or advisory on new acquisitions. An individual who keeps up to date on recent design trends in the industry is preferred with a focus on cost-effective developments. You should be able to further create design models and provide briefs to us requiring site visits and engaging with developers, engineers, town planning and other stakeholders where required.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Ability to commute / relocate: Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal – Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
• Work Location: In person
