Key Responsibilities
- Deliver large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects.
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to finalisation.
- Represent practice at project briefing meetings.
- Produce accurate Revit drawings based on client briefs.
- Support graphic design and 3D visualisation for presentations (beneficial but not core).
- Prepare and co-ordinate council submissions (SDP & Building Plans).
- Produce working drawings and co-ordinate with other disciplines.
- Attend site meetings, proactively solve problems, and monitor progress.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction.
- Guide and motivate project teams; willingness to travel when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters in Architecture (M.Arch / B.Arch).
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience.
- Registered with SACAP.
- Advanced Revit skills (certification preferable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Master Suite and 3D visualisation software (advantageous).
- Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
- Knowledge of site administration and project management.
- Excellent record-keeping, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
