Experience in the travel industry, tour operator, or agency.

Responsibilities

Advise premium cardholders in English and Arabic via phone, chat, and email.
Design personalized travel requests considering all customer needs.
Prepare tailored travel offers and manage visa processes.
Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and agencies.
Cross-sell lifestyle services and research travel proposals.
