Qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn welding and fabrication.
• Basic understanding of workshop safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior welders in workshop tasks and projects.
• Learn and apply MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding, ensuring proper fit-up.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely under supervision.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide welding.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to learn new skills.
