Qualifications

• A strong motivation to learn the plumbing trade and complete the apprenticeship requirements.
• Basic understanding of plumbing tools and materials.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions, including crawl spaces and attics.
• Dexterity and manual skill for detailed work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions accurately.
• Must meet the eligibility criteria for a plumbing apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist journey-level plumbers in the installation of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
• Learn to read and interpret plumbing codes, blueprints, and schematics.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools.
• Assist with the installation and repair of water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
• Help diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site, adhering to all safety regulations.
