• Willingness to undergo formal training and on‑the‑job learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior mechanical fitters in the assembly and installation of machinery and components.
• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspection and minor repairs on equipment.
• Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
