As Appointment Setter at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
