Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. As Appointment Setter, you will research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings with qualified prospects, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use LinkedIn, email and phone to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and collaborate with Account Executives to optimize messaging and hit

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
