Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

In this fully remote role, you will use tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, SalesLoft and Sales Navigator to source qualified prospects, manage your own pipeline and hit volume-quality targets with thoughtful outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and outreach customization.
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
