Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (Remote – Cape Town, Western Cape)
Salary: R15,–R18, / month
Hours: 40 hours per week, with a 1 hour unpaid break each day

About the Agency
Join our fast-growing AI‑powered patient acquisition agency, for cosmetic dental practices.
What You'll Do
- Respond to ALL new Meta ad leads, within 5 minutes, using call scripts and CRM and follow‑ups.
- Call, qualify, and book consultations for premium cosmetic dental treatments (Implants, Invisalign, Composite Bonding).
- Manage pipeline in CRM (track follow‑ups, status updates, and results).
- Maintain high conversion rates by following structured call processes.
- Support with outbound calls for agency growth during quieter periods.
- Track performance metrics and hit conversion targets.
- Primarily call leads from Meta ad campaigns we run for our dental clients.
- Ask qualifying questions, follow a sales process, and book them in for a consultation using systems like Dentally (training provided).
- On occasion, assist with outbound calls for our agency's internal growth or other admin tasks during quieter periods.
These leads are warm and expecting a call.
Key Performance Metrics
- Daily targets: calls per day
- Fast response time to all new enquiries
- Calls made, response times, follow‑ups scheduled
- Lead to consultation conversion rate
- Consultation show‑up rate
- Treatment booking rate
- Accurate CRM notes, task creation, and pipeline updates
What We Need
- Must have: 2+ years sales experience.
- Telemarketing or outbound sales background.
- Confident phone manner and target‑driven mindset.
- Fluent English and data‑driven approach.
- Tech‑savvy with fast, reliable internet and quiet home setup – redundancy solutions for power outages and internet outages.
Bonus Points
- UK company experience.
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred).
- Dentist / clinical industry knowledge.
- Understanding of dental treatments such as Implants, Invisalign, and Composite Bonding.
- Ability to ask the right questions to determine if the lead is a good fit (training provided if needed).
