Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean records, and support Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years as SDR/BDR or similar role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
