Responsibilities
- On-site support and training
- Previous experience within a full stack application support and maintenance
- At least five years’ experience supporting users with Dynamics 365 CRM, SCM and Finance applications
- Azure and ITIL certification will be advantageous
- Provide technical support as 1st and 2nd line support for key applications on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to monitor and review user transactions, changes and access logs
- Proactive management of application user entitlement
- Respond to user queries and tickets in a timely manner
- Engage client’s change control processes and procedures
- Update incidents through their lifecycle
- Provide inputs for SLA reports
- Train users on the effective use of applications
- Assist with testing of new functionalities
- Daily operational checks for system performance issues
- Develop and implement solutions for customers
- Provide technical support documentation
- Extensive software development experience using C, C++ and Python
- Experience with Unix / Linux Embedded tools and development environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Quickly learn and understand code written by others
- Multitask, prioritize and follow through
- Self-starting and independent working with limited supervision
Nice to have / Qualifications
- Embedded RTOS (QNX, VxWorks, INTEGRITY, ThreadX, FreeRTOS, etc.)
- Experience with Embedded development tools (compiler, debugger, IDE, etc.)
- Experience with embedded safety and security platforms
- Experience with BSPs and device drivers for an embedded OS
- ASP.NET, IIS, Angular, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Web API, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Education: BSc in IT / Computing or Diploma or related qualification
- Skills Preferred: Microsoft Technical Skills, SharePoint Development, Dynamics 365 Customer Services / CRM, Power Apps, Web Applications Developer, DevOps Certified Engineer, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL / SSRS
