Job summary

A global technology-driven client in South Africa is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide application support across various platforms and tools. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience, preferably with Docebo LMS. You will perform user management and generate reports for process improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Learning and Development, preferably with Docebo LMS Platform.
  • Experience writing up documentation.
  • Familiar with reading and debugging code.
