Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in laboratory practices in Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, and Coagulation.
• Strong knowledge of company procedures, policies, mission, vision, and values.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support customers in using software applications and solutions.
• Provide training for using applications based on customer demand.
• Install and configure systems; work with Customer Service Engineers.
