OverviewApplication Architect - SAP HANA Master Data Governance at Blue Pearl is responsible for advising on SAP HANA master data components, designing complex master data solutions, and guiding the implementation team through the full project lifecycle involving SAP MDG, SAP MDM, and related products.

Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting the right master data solution components from SAP HANA.
• Design complex master data solutions.
• Provide guidance to the implementation team through the full project lifecycle involving SAP MDG, SAP MDM, etc.
• Provide SME support during sales and solutioning, including internal and external presentations, proposal writing, effort estimation, and related activities.
• Demonstrate depth in MDG-S / MDG-M, supplier / material-specific data models, workflows, etc.
• Knowledge of data modeling, integration with ECC / S / 4 and external systems.
• Understand supplier master data needs, gap analysis, and drive process improvement.
• Define data quality rules, validation, and workflows for supplier data, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors on supplier data projects.
• Design test cases for MDG-S, MDG-M data validation specific to suppliers.
