Andile : Capital Markets Graduate Programme

Graduates in the Andile Capital Markets Graduate Programme can expect a 6-month programme that provides insight into the Capital Markets industry while developing skills and attributes needed to succeed. The program begins with training in Capital and Financial Markets followed by rotations through different business areas. Graduates will then move into one of the companys centres of excellence for specialised training and deeper knowledge. The program also offers opportunities for graduates to excel as a business analyst, systems analyst or software engineer.
