Qualifications

• A recent bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with data.
• Excellent research and information-gathering capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A proactive attitude, a keen willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
• Prior internship experience in a business or analytical role is a plus.
• Residing in or able to commute to Tembisa, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, competitors, and best practices.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support project findings.
• Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
• Support senior consultants in executing project tasks and workstreams.
• Help prepare materials for client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Contribute to the team's efforts in identifying client needs and potential solutions.
• Learn and apply consulting frameworks and tools.
• Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
